What is your return policy?
Vinyl and shirts can not be returned at all. Contact us if you have any questions.
My record is warped, cracked, or bent. Can you help?
We pack the records well. Once they leave our hands and enter the postal system we are not responsible for the item(s) if they are damaged in transit. Please ask us for insurance once you make your order if you are worried about this. Insurance is $1.25 for US orders and $2.00 for international orders.
How are your orders shipped?
In the US all orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. This can take up to four weeks to be delivered. Normally it’s not that long, but it occasionally does take that long.
For international orders, we ship via USPS First Class/Priority. There is no tracking info for that.
How fast do orders ship?
This is not my full-time job. It can take up to a week, usually less, to pack an order and take it to the post office. Please be patient. There is just one guy packing up all the orders.
Has my package shipped yet? If so, can I track it?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. If you are in the US, that email will contain a tracking number you can use on the USPS site.
I got the shipping confirmation email, but my package hasn’t arrived.
First check the tracking info you were sent. If it says it was delivered, chances are you gave us a bad address. Whatever address you put it in when you order is what we go by, not your Paypal address.
I preorderd xxxxx record, where is it?
Check our website or Twitter for updates. Normally we give a general idea of when the records will be ready when you preorder, but sometimes that is pushed back due to manufacturing delays, etc. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, then your order hasn’t shipped.
I ordered other records with my preorder, are you shipping those now?
Any items ordered with a preorder are shipped with the preorder when it is ready. If you want the other items sooner, you’ll need to place two separate orders.
Apparently my package got returned to you, what now?
Chances are you gave us an incorrect address. 95% of the time we have to pay to get returned packages back from the post office. If you would like us to reship it, please email us with your new address and order number and we’ll give you a total cost you must pay before we send it out again.
